Mark and I went out with Doug and Becky to help Becky celebrate her birthday. Although we are all in our early 30's, we acted like we were young 20 year olds. We had a blast! Mark even sported a "graphic tee" - oh did we laugh about that!We started out with dinner and drinks at Whisky Cake. Whisky Cake is a new restaurant in Plano that serves all TX grown, organic food. It was good food but the drinks were much better. Here is a picture of our first round of drinks. Mine is the delicious fruity one....amazing!
And in typical Mark and Doug fashion, not only did they share a beer but they also shared a salad.....
After dinner we took a cab to the Londoner where we played darts and Foosball. This is not shocking news, but I am NOT good at darts. It did make me feel better though when Mark threw a dart significantly above the dart board (especially since he is really good at darts!).
It was a great adult night out! We are so thankful to have Doug and Becky as our friends!
